At Climatize UK, we are always looking for ways to enhance our customer care and provide a better service. We understand that in recent times capital can be difficult to obtain, which is why we introduced our leasing option. We can install air conditioning or heating equipment and spread the repayments over an agreed period.
Our leasing option can in fact save you money, and as gas prices are set to rise, more significant savings can be made. For example -
The average office of 10 x 10 x 2.5 meters will have an annual spend of around £350 a year on gas for heating purposes (costing £30 per month). A 12.5kW air conditioning system will cost an average of £110 per year for heating purposes (costing around £9 per month) making an annual saving of £240 per year.
If a 12.5kW AA rated air conditioning unit is installed the average cost is £3140. You can claim approximately £725 back through the Enhanced Capital Allowances Scheme (based on a company paying 30% tax on profits) so the total cost of the installation is £2415.
Our finance option allows you to spread the cost over a time that is right for you. If the cost of £2415 is spread over 60 months then we estimate the payments to be £50 per month.
If we calculate the £30 pcm gas bill which is saved, the £9 pcm electric bill which will be spent and the £50 pcm repayments -
The total repayments will cost an estimated £29 per month for 60 months, thereafter the air conditioning unit will help save £240 per year and reduce your carbon footprint.
Enhanced Capital Allowances
The Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme is a key part of the Government’s programme to manage climate change. It provides businesses with enhanced tax relief for investments in equipment that meets published energy-saving criteria.
100 per cent first-year Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA) allow the full cost of an investment in designated energy-saving plant and machinery to be written off against the taxable profits of the period in which the investment is made.
Huge savings can be made with energy saving equipment. Costs can be written off against tax and savings will be made by reducing energy consumption and our carbon footprint.
